David Rhodes

David has 41 years of professional experience, qualified FMAAT & tax practitioner, and has been personally involved with the growth of all the firm’s clients. David founded the firm in 1985 and since then he has worked with individuals, partnerships, and companies from a variety of sectors, helping them to develop and grow their businesses, guiding and advising them, from start up, growth phases and right through to planned exits and retirement.
David likes to maintain a “hands on” approach ensuring all clients receive a personalised and proactive value added service. The firm’s success is built from referrals from our existing client base  and on the foundations of the professional and conscientious staff that work in the Practice. We keep abreast of developments and changes in the financial sector ensuring our clients are well informed to maximise change to their advantage. We are keen to invest in technology to ultimately support clients and their business.

Jane Cresswell

Jane joined the firm in 1988 becoming Director and Practice Manager in 2001. Jane has a wealth of knowledge and experience and is responsible for managing the Practice and ensuring the smooth running of the office as well as managing our payroll services including the operation of auto enrolment.

Natalie Grafton 

Natalie joined Bradley Rhodes in October 2020. Book-keeping level 1 qualified. Natalie’s primary role in the office includes completing VAT returns and book-keeping for some of the firms clients . Natalie is looking to start AAT level 2 qualifications in 2022. She lives close to Wolverhampton and has 3 young children who keep her very busy.

Mark Cadwallader

Mark joined the firm in March 2019 with the aim of supporting clients with their banking needs, including new finance and refinance advisory support. Mark has over 35 years of experience in SME banking working previously as a Regional Director, SME Banking in the West Midlands and Birmingham for the largest retail bank in the UK. Mark has vast experience in business finance and a very broad professional network, including finance brokers, bankers and solicitors who are available to support the needs of our clients as and when needed.

Simon Murray

Simon has worked in the profession for over 30 years and joined Bradley Rhodes in 2001. Qualified MAAT, Simon is responsible for reviewing financial accounts and for the compliance work within the practice, as well as completing corporation tax returns. Simon enjoys spending time working with a local charity and is Chair of School Governors.

Freddie Banks 

Freddie is our latest recruit. He joined in June 2019, and is responsible for working on book keeping and on financial accounts. He enjoys flying and spending time with family and friends
